Probably. However, they are unlikely to pay a level of salary that an outsider would be looking for.

If one wanted to 'volunteer' - you might as well be volunteering if paid at local rates, a good place to start making enquiries would be at your local Indonesian Embassy & see if they would put you in touch with the relevant agencies.

Having seen the way local buildings go up - bamboo scaffolding & no safety nets - I wish you the very best of luck!
