a peanut buttter sandwich made with the natural style peanut butted on a whole grain bread not that white bread crap. This way you are getting the protein from the peanuts and the fiber from the bread.

BAKED POTATO WITH TUNA OR CHEESE,IF YOU PUT THE POTATO IN THE MICROWAVE FOR 5 MINS IT COOKS IT THEN YOU CAN PUT IT IN THE OVEN TO CRISP THE SKIN ,IT ONLY TAKES 20MINS.
