I am not a vegitarian but i just don't like to eat red meat.

Isn't Bovril a meat based product? I dont think that any vegetarian here would know much about it in that case. I get my iron from green leafy veggies and fortified cereal

If you are not a vegetarian then yes they are-especially Bovril.

I am vegan so I don't eat either but love Marmite which is high in yeast based B vitamins including B12.

Be careful Bovril isn't vegitarian.

Most greens are full of iron!!

you could just try eating dark green leafy veg as they contain a lot of iron, or take a supplement

No - take an iron supplement and eat lots of spinach.

Lots of yummy veg and salad! Broc, spinach, cabbage and so on.

I doubt it. These things mainly contain fat, salt and spices, so why don't you go rather for lentils, green salads, spinach, and beet root?

just amke sure you have lots of dark green leafy veg in your diet
