Im stuck somewhere in the Middle East with nothing to do! When not in work i go to the gym as much as possible but need something else fun to do! Am trying to cut out alcohol whilst im here so that narrows things down a bit!

A-Man! I got something for you to do? If it's possible. See if you can get a hold of a Movie, called, "Pay It Forward". Watch it and try to copy, what The Moive says. Try out myspace.com. That seems to be a sociable way of meeting and reaching out to touch someone. I'm not laughing at your predicament, but I have a friend who is a contractor in Kuwait. He has the same problem as you, and all he does is to go to the gym. He's got muscles on top of muscles. Is it really that restricted there? I don't know what else to suggest since you probably have a certain amount of restrictions on you. Maybe take up a sport or team sports or an outdoor hobby. Study up and do research on the different cultures in the area that you are in. Take up a vocation other than the one you are in. Take a correspondence course. Good luck.

Suduko, Rubic Cube and internet are the best time killers and will keep you more healthly occupied than alcohol. Since you have posted this in the singles & dating column I also suggest that you find a good partner of the opposite sex and spend your time.

why don't you count the amount of grains of sand there are, that should keep you busy for a long time
