Conceive has nothing to do with whether the person SHOULD get pregnant. If there is already a diagnosed heart issue then the doctor can advise if getting pregnant could be harmful to the mother. A lot of people have heart palpitations for various reasons(caffeine, stress, actual heart issues, etc)

A person conceives when her ovary releases an egg that is then fertilized by a sperm and implanted in the uterus. Your heart is not really involved in that process, outside of the fact that being in love with the father might be a good thing.
If you are really asking if a lady with heart palpitations can carry a child to term, the answer is most likely yes. However, it is impossible to predict if any pregnancy will come to term. Sometimes pregnancies end spontaneously. If palpitations are her only problem, everything will probably be OK>

If you are having heart palpitations you may be low in calcium and magnesium which you can get at your health food store. You would definitely want to have these supplements added to your diet if you are going to conceive and grow a baby to term as the growing baby would take these minerals from your own bones to grow and this would not be good for your own health. I too had heart palpitations and cal-mag helped me. Also, get a good multiple vitamin going before you conceive as it sounds like you may be missing some vitamins in your diet.

Why, yes, of course. For sure, the lady's heart palpitation quickens because of the baby inside her womb. Try to look at the lower part of her neck. You can observe that there's a fast heartbeat there which indicates that the baby inside's breathing. But then, she better go to her ob regularly checkup.
Hope you have a nice day and GOD BLESS US ALL.
