Not to save, but to have. Like can i pay someone money and they'll send me the wood from a tree from the rainforest.

I just hate people that recycle paper, it doesn't make sense....The more you recycle, the less people plant trees because they know they won't sell the wood for paper and you are back to where you started.

So i wanted to put up posters and get people invovled ...like every pound of paper thats recycled = 1 tree that i will cut down and light on fire.

yeah..that hitler analogy..i was like WTH....but i like it sorta..hahaha

yeah i'm totally about keeping the rainforest..... but im' a capitalist too.

I live in USa....pennsylvania....trees everywhere...ofcouse nothing like the rainforest....but i think with some proper planning.....we can deforest at a proper rate to maintain the habitat. ...would cut polution/energy used by the recycling plants too.

I just don't want to be like...hey i'm gonna do this.....and then it not be entirely possible. I think recycling is an excuse in the end.

Plastic is the only thing i think needs to be recycled.

Recycling of paper products actually cuts down on the amount of resources we as a whole consume. if we did not there would soon be no trees left at the current rate of harvest we are producing more waste material from paper than we could ever hope to plant new trees I understand what you are you are saying . but it is like Hitler during the second world war there was plenty of people who wanted to appease him but do you really think he would have stoppped at poland. Now that is probably a bd annalogy to make but if we do not stop wasting our resources now there wont be a earth left inhabitable. Trees produce most of the oxgen required to sustain life on this fragile planet.
Most of the burning of trees is peasent farmers wanting to deforest areas to turn into arable farming anyway. More mone should e spent educating and supporting those farmers . paing them to keep forests intact and to actuall plant trees, their own governments who let them get away with it and other large consortiums as well as foreign governments reaping the harvest, There is a bigger picture you have failed to address in your argument it has very little to do with the price of raw paper. More to do with the greed of man.
