She is 9 months old and can have pups now. Her and my male dog have got "stuck together" 3 times already that I know of. She is getting a little bit fatter and her belly is a little bigger but not alot. It hasnt been that long since they were together. Her mammary glands are getting bigger. What are the signs i should look for to tell if she is? Thanks for all your help.

She has been throwing up a good bit to. I have stains on everything. I dont know if that would be from being pregnant or not cuz she eats everything she can get but its never affected her like this.

All of things you said are a sure sign of pregnancy. And gestation is about 60 days from her first tie. But what I am wondering is why you would breed your dog before the age of 2? It is not only unsafe, but she is EXTREMELY too young. It is seriously like letting your 5 year old daughter get pregnant. What would you do in that case??
Take her to the vet. Is she even updated on her shots? Man, nothing like someone who hasn't a clue!

Wow Most of these people do not have a clue???Why do people talk about things they know nothing about ????It sounds crazy? It takes 64 Days to make puppies give or take a day or two and some dogs do not have a sign of milk glans until the pups come and begin to try to suck then hopefully the milk will come, sometimes young dogs have no milk at all.She could be pregnant if they were stuck together. If you didn't need pups or plan why didn't you separate them?Anyways if you can't manage them at this time if it is early you can take her to the vet and get an abort shot, otherwise look for big enlargement the last 3 weeks of the 64 days.Until then it will be a guessing game for a while if you have no idea how much she weighed or how big her tummy was.Good Luck go get some Books and read up on dogs and puppies.Next time make sure there is no 3rd time?????

I am going through the same thing right now. I breed my
dog and I have been driving myself crazy trying to figure
out if she is pregnant or not. I know that after three or four
weeks the vet can tell, but I hate waiting. We are anxiously
waiting for the pups to arrive.
I have noticed that my dog, around her nipples have become
much larger, like small milk sacks. Also she has thrown
up during her second week. She is very thirsty, and seeks
alot of my attention. She sleeps alot more, and I can
just tell she is pregnant by the size of her bell and around
her ****. I know that a flase pregnancy can happen, but
I don't think it's the case. Just keep your eye on you dog,
and give her lots of TLC.

I know how you feel. There's no pregnancy test for dogs, but chances are good since they "tied" 3 times if she's able to conceive. Dogs go through a "false pregnancy" that has most of the signs of a real pregnancy. The pregnancy last for approx. 63 days give or take. About 3-4 weeks before the due date if the tummy is bigger that's a sure sign and I would be ready for puppies soon!

Sure sounds like she might be pregnant. So your decision is to either let her have the pups then try to find them homes,
OR
take them to the animal shelter where they will be euthanized (put to sleep --- killed) anyway,
OR
take your female down to the low cost spay and neuter clinic in your area and see if they will abort the pups and spay her at the same time.
It might cost a little more but the alternatives are not pleasant.

My Jack Russell just had puppies 6 weeks ago. One of the first signs I saw was morning sickness (It wasnt necessarly in the morning, but she was vomiting often). She also wasn't eating much. It's pretty much a waiting game because it takes a while for her to show.

Best way is to take her to the vet. Female dogs go though cycles similar to humans. If she isn't, discuss with you vet the possibility of having her fixed. If your going to breed her, and not him I would have him fixed. It is always better forr their health if they are fixed.

Changes are high. I think you better bring it to a vet for check up soon. The number of days for dog delivery is abt 40 days.
