I assume you had a chest x-ray? Most likely, it will not be seen that way. Possible, but unlikely. You would need an ultrasound and/or mammogram for the lump.

To see a lump in your breast you need a special type of XRay called a mammogram. In a mammogram just the breast tissue is x-rayed from a few different angles using a special x-ray machine. You probably had a chest x-ray at your doctors office. A chest x-ray lacks the sensitivity to see most breast tumors. If you are concerned you have a breast mass have your doctor examine your breasts and depending on your age, he/she may recommend getting a mammogram.

Mammography is an X-ray exam to detect breast cancer.Mammography is X-ray imaging of your breasts designed to detect tumors or other abnormalities. Mammography can be used either for screening or for diagnostic purposes in evaluating a breast lump

No. the X-rays will pass through any lumps, like any other flesh. You need a mamogram. I doubt if they used X-ray to check your heart, either. They probably used an ultrasound. or an electro-cardiogram

No, the x.ray will not see it because its designed to skip tissues and just look at bones.
