a quick way to do a hot oil treatment is to put olive oil into your dry hair, then take your hair dryer and warm the oil while it is in your hair. the dryer makes the cuticle of the hair stand up so the oil can penetrate better.
to wash the oil out, put some shampoo and a bit of water in your hand, and apply to the dry hair, massage it in, then wash it. This keeps the hair from looking greasy.

Mayo is awesome for your hair. It really smells But I swear by it.
Biosilk is the best hair product ever. You can pick it up at most salons. It leaves an amazing scent in your hair with just a dime sized amount. It also adds shine and managability to the hair. I love it I have used it for 2 yrs.

If you get a hair colour and you absolutely hate it (too dark, too bright etc) wash your hair with dishwashing soap. Be sure to deep condition afterwards.
