I thought i saw an add for it in a diabetes magazine. But then, when i went to the store, they didn't have anything like it.

Yes there are and they really dosn't taste that good. I often test out product that have "No Sugar Added". Try these and test your blood after about an hour. Don't eat more than you should at one time and don't do it more that one between medications ot shots. Somwtimes it is hard to find things that are advertised and the cost if often twice as much. Rice pudding made with Splenda is really good with cinnamon on it. There are a few brands if pudding with no sugar added as wil has many fruit drinks and cranberry drinks. Just don't over do it and test your blood after testing a new product.

I haven't found much that is sugar free and carb free! They load in the carbs to make it taste better. Sugar free is not always the best way to go (per my nutritionist) You have to really read the lables!!!!!!! Like for instance, she showed me 2 empty pie boxes. The regular apple pie had almost 1/2 of the carbs as a sugar free one. It all falls back to reading lables and understanding them!

Jello makes a sugar free pudding but because pudding is made with milk it will never be carb free.

Hope this helps,

Jennifer

Jell-o makes a sugar-free / fat-free pudding in chocolate, vanilla, lemon etc.............. and with only 6g of carbs per serving if you use skim milk in preparing. Most importantly, it tastes awesome. You can't even taste a difference and they are available in most supermarkets.
