E.T. 01 I think it is narrow minded of those people to give a thumbs down to people for just telling what religion they were raised as and what they now are.

I was raised Baptist but as I grew older I didn't care for Baptists as they seemed hippocritical (had to dress a certain way) and I didn't feel that was what the bible was trying to teach.

A friend invited me to his church which is a Judio- Christian and that is where I call home now. This church doesn't care how you dress only that you show up and if you want to say "Praise the Lord" out loud then you'll get the rest of the congregation to say it along with you.

Pslams 100 states "Make a joyful noise unto the Lord" and that is what I do.

I think having a religion is wonderful, but one should try different ones to find out if it mirrors their own philiosophies and beliefs. I have known many catholics to leave the church to convert to Christianity...as well as Baptists converting to Judism and so forth, so it is really what you feel.

I was raised as a Jehovah's witness. Won't do that again!
I am now a Spirit Filled Born Again, Tongue speaking Christian. I attend a non-denominational church now that flows in the gifts of the Holy Spirit.

BE BLESSED AND REJOICE IN THE LORD!

Catholicism. The awful horrors I had to endure for the first 18 years of my life. Now I am a mystic.

I wasn't taught any religion. If I wanted to go to church it was alright with my parents. They told me to make up my own mind. I appreciate that to this day even though I am still undecided. I would rather take a long time searching for myself than be brain washed from infancy.

None. But I was told by my parents that if I got older and wanted to practice a religion, I was open to do it.

I am not practicing any religion today.
