I'm just curious but do you drink diet soda frequently? People who drink diet sodas or other things that have artificial sweeteners in them have shown that cravings for sugar.
It has something to do with depriving your body of natural sugars. My sisters doctor (also my doctor) recommended that if she wanted to go on any type of diet to stop drinking and eating "sugar free" or "diet" foods all the time. He also told her what I have stated above.
I personally drink diet soda all the time (I'm diabetic) and there are times I could kill for something loaded and coated with sugar. But knowing that my body is craving that sugar I opt for a healthy sugary food, like fruit. By fulfilling your need for sugar you may be spiking your blood sugar (diabetic or no) therefore causing you to be really thirsty.

See your doctor and have him do a glucose tolerance test to see if your body utilizes sugar properly. If not, then you might be diabetic, but that is for the trained physician to decide. We all have different cravings at different times in our lives. I hope that is all this is. You might try sugar free type snacks, they are good and don't load you down with all the sugar. Just be careful on eating a lot of the stuff, some of it can give you stomach upset and diarrhea. (You always have to pay for your sins.!)

Are you diabetic or hypoglycemic? That may be your problem, best to go to doctor for an evaluation (blood test.) It may help if instead of eating sweet to try some yummy fruits. After a while the cravings will become less powerful, at least that's how it worked for me.

Dude go get your blood sugar checked right away, If it's over 200 go to the doctor immeadiately, sounds like you are diabetic. Be careful and see a doctor before you have a stroke or damage your eyes or your kidneys. This is a serious life or death situation

sounds like you MAY have diabetes, or pre-diabetes.
I was like this before I developed diabetes. PLEASE, check with your doctor, and then, if you are diabetic, follow what he/she says, re: a diabetic diet. I was foolish and didn't follow the instructions, and now take 4 insulin shots a day and still have high blood sugars.
Be smart, and if you do have diabetes, you can avoid shots. Some diabetics can control their diabetes with diet alone...Good Luck!

Are you diabetic? Try to back off the sugar entirely. Sounds like your gloucose is off. See your Family Physician or Endocrinologist soon for a study. You need a gTT.

Your sugar cravings can be easily satisfied by switching from sweets to fruit. But fruit is much healthier, so do it ASAP and you will be fine. Do it gradually, though.
