Increase the power to what, I expext the rifle is not far under 12ft lbs to start with to exceed that with out having the rife endorsed on to a FAC (firearms certificate) is now ilegal in the british isls.
If challanged by the law and the rifle exceeds 12ft lbs and you dont have an FAC your in trouble,,,, Possesion of an unlicenced firarm,..

Thats the law side of it out the way and since its not ilegal till you get cought lol, As a teen i found by placing a few washers after the spring in the spring chamber increased the tension making the gun slightly more powerfull,,
Thats all im divulge

A little more info now,, The rapid 7 also has a spring loaded modle,, With regards to the power increas its somthing you can only do ounce you leave the british isls, do it befor then ur braking the law still but it becomes more serious cos you would transporting an ilegal firearm.

Removing the cat converter will increase both torque and HP; I don't know by how much. I would laugh about the comment that cats "recycle gas" but I'm afraid too many people might believe it. Yes modern electronic engines self tune some but older ones like my '87 Toyota p/u don't have that. You can buy an oxygen sensor and at least advance or retard the ignition timing, depending on the voltage the O2 sensor stuck into the exhaust pipe is. The whopping fines are the only thing making me hesitate from putting a fake cat in.

Air is harder to power increase, they probably have an air limiter on them to stop you doing this on the first place.
As a guess try a bottle that is more psi than what youre using
