Some of those symptoms are typical of angina -- the pain that precedes or accompanies heart attacks. Some heart attacks do not present with the typical symptoms, and some are clinically silent all together. It's worth it to see a doctor and get an appropriate work up -- bloodwork, and EKG, and a stress test.

Michael Jackson did no longer have a coronary heart attack. He experienced Cardiac Arrest and medical doctors could no longer revive him. coronary heart attack isn't an analogous difficulty as Cardiac Arrest. The post-mortem will start up day after today to verify why he went into Cardiac Arrest.

You should be asking a doctor instead of asking on line. You should see a doctor....Today! It could be heart attack. It could be a gallbladder attack, which feels alot like a heart attack. But, either way, see a doctor today even if you're not having symptoms. They can do blood tests right away to see if you've had a heart attack, and then do a cardiac workup. Don't put it off.

If you have been living with such painf or almost a year, it looks like you don't have insurance etc. if you are in USA. Still, there is no option but to go to a doctor and submit to the tests, instead of wondering what is happening. Worry and anxiety makes it worse, not better.
