a portion of fruit or veg is roughly a handful according to your own hand.
i would imagine, that as coleslaw is raw carrot and cabbage then a portion would count towards your five a day. however, like other people have said, it does contain a lot of fat because of the mayonnaise or the salad cream that comes with it so best not to eat a ton and think it's doing you loads of good.

Coleslaw isnt the best vegetable if you eat the kind with a lot of mayonnaise, its a lot of calories! You should eat the slaw using vinaigrette instead, half a cup of this is a serving, 5 half cups= 2 1/2 cups of slaw, but i would vary it a bit. And the regular slaw has way too much mayonnaise to be considered a veggie.

about a cup. Its easy to get your five a day, and then some, by juicing fruits and veggies with a juice extractor. I get 10 a day, at the very least

Depends in what quantity you eat it - however, it slightly detracts from the benefits of 5 a day as it contains mayonnaise which is high in fat and calorie content.

I am a vegan so I can't eat it.Therefore I'm no expert.
I'd guess quite a lot though as it's mixed with lots of salad cream.Salad cream is not that healthy so you will take in a lot of fat too.
