i converted mov file to mpeg an now i have no sound or video but it plays?

using media player newest version i cloned the file an converted it

i got 5 seconds of sound no picture an i did what you both said this is first dvd i ever cloned so i am a newbie an by the way not copyrighted any new help i thank you

Check the CODEC your converter is using....theres many
most likely you will need the Divx codec that's what it sounds like....
