Consume plenty of quality spring water and eat healthy whole grains. Your body is capable of detoxing itself if you quit feeding it the bad stuff. boil it, if you cant boil it like the outbreak of the peanut butter, buy organic, but you still risk buying fresh organic " spinach and strawberries " contain several diseases they are not associated with the type of food but how it is harvested
