it's interesting if there's a theme for the party...so that people would dress up according to that, at the end best dressed guy and girl

Lots of music so a DJ should be there...lots of dancing

you shouldnt be serving alcohol to people under 21. why is a 20 year old having a bday party? send out the clowns!

Have a Vegas party and set up different games (Black Jack, Texas Hold'em, etc). You can hand out fake money to the guests and at the end whoever has the most wins a prize.

well it depends on the type of person you are and your friends... if it is the type you have fun and get silly with then go extreme...its the last night you have as a teen, act out...play the games you did when you we a kid and enjoy it (freeze tag, truth or dare, etc...)... if your in a more..lets say sophisticated group...then show off...darkened lights,DJ,glowing glasses...think of the coolest place you know of and imitate. The main thing is for the b-day-er to have fun....don't worry about anyone else.

you should definitly have board games... they almost always guarantee a fun time. They are organized and a fun way to laugh at your friends.
