when bored I cook.. I really get fancy at times it's too bad not many have seen how fancy a cook I can be! Cooking is fun! It's something I love to do.
At first I was just cooking from recipes but I learned to be innovative. A wee bit of lemon juice
in a cheese dish really brings out the flavour of the cheese! Most cooks don't say what they use to bring out flavour! I'll be the exception. I use vanilla
lemon juice, grape seed extract, a little jalepeno,casacara sagrada, barbecue seasoning! You'd be surprise what I use those ingredients for! Would U consider putting vanilla and lemon juice together.. I do but not going to tell U what I use that for.. I just say it's not a desert! I just love
to cook but my favourite food is perogies.. and those are so easy to make! I accidentally dropped
a perogie in a borsch once and that perogie was uniquely delicious! So I do it on purpose sometimes. Cooking really is a great to kill the boredom blues!
Oh when I was a kid my mom would joke and say If You're bored Go to the Lumber
store! Well back then I started collecting Groaners from Readers digest! I still do!

scribble with crayons on old cardboard boxes

cut up old clothes and assemble a cloth puzzle

try drawing or painting by using non-traditional methods, like holding the tool with your feet, or using wet foods (ketchup, jelly, peanut butter..) as a medium

fill several bottles or glasses with different levels of water. tap along with a metal spoon to make fun, clinky music.

try listening to music you don't like and do an interpretive dance.

I am going through the same thing, I am going grocery shopping. I don't necessarily need anything, but I'm sure I will buy something. It's lame but you can only answer so many questions before you want to throw your computer across the room. Know what I mean? LOL

Clean out your wardrobe and give things you don't wear to charity, clean out your cupboards, write a letter, go jogging, adopt a virtual pet, read a book, wash your hair, paint your bedroom walls, do some ironing, learn a language online....get a life! Good luck!
