i've been constantly hungry lately and just want something to keep me full longer

There is a product called bran-a-crisp it is usually available in health food stores. Also walgreens drugstore has fiber pills you can take with water that help make you feel full. Vegetables are also a great source.

Anything that contains peanuts, raisins, prunes, bread, wheat, and other fiber-related products like cereal, and the whole grain group.

Shredded wheat, or minni-bites,. or add some metamucil or benefiber to your food or drinks or they have fiber pills you can buy over the counter

psyllium has the most fiber

beef stew like the one I just made, barley, carrots, onions, spuds

thats what keeps you full and warm on a cold day, almost like having somebody hold you
