Yes. It is made from the yeast used in the brewing process.
Isinglass is used to stabilize (they use isinglass to take out the sediment) the vats of Guinness and is added after the brewing.

I know the normal marmite is vegan and so definitely vegetarian but haven't seen the Guinness 1 for sale anywhere yet so can't help you there.

No, it is not vegetarian! Guinness contains isinglass, which is a product that derives from fish.

I have looked everywhere and haven't been able to get any - where is it - what shops stock it, yum, yum Guiness and Marmite two of my two favourite foods

Marmite is made of vegetable extracts and guiness is made from malt. There's no animal involved. It's not strictly vegan because of the yeast - but veganism is totally insane, so who cares
