You can drink plenty of water during the day, use a humidifier in your room at night, try using nose spray and or breathe right strips when you sleep and for a final option, have your doctor order a sleep study to see if you have a sleeping disorder that can be treated.

Good Luck

My daughter had this problem she was 4 years old, It was suggested that I take her to a Ears, Nose and Throat doctor. I did and he suggested having her tonsils removed, he said they were larger than normal. I had her tonsils removed and it was amazing how much this helped. this could be the same thing. I would go talk to a specialist.
