Lung Volume Reduction Surgery?

i want to know about the LVRS, all i care for, is if it fails, the patient dies? I need to know the death rate, and how much percent people survived?

I want to know if the patient if it worked, does the patient come alright after it?

There is a risk of complications with any surgery. Lung volume reduction surgery has had many successes. If you doctor want you are a loved one to have it, then get a cardiovascular or chest physician to do the surgery. Good luck.
