In England it is called a cold sore.

It is a different type of virus from the other herpes and you usually get it from kissing people. Lots of people have them.

Cold sores dont look like one zit but like a bunch of tiny water blisters. Here is a good picture that looks like a 'normal' cold sore and not one of those scary pictures of when people have picked it or become really ill.

Yes, there isn't any. Herpes is caused by a virus. Actually, there is little cure for viruses nowadays. Go under your search engine and type in "fever blister" then click on images above the place where you typed that in. That should help you see what it looks like. By the way, do not pick at it.
