I'm a long jumper and I think for my size (very small) I'm pretty good. So I was wondering, If your a girl who does/did do long jump in high school, how far do/did you jump?

Well...I went to states and jumped 14'1" but that was over 2 feet better then the year before...this year I'm shooting for 15 ft.

I've had girls that jump anywhere between 13' to 16'. Last year I had a girl jump 16'9". Best in our state was 18'1". I had some girls that where smaller in stature and they jumped between 14-15'

Hey, I'm 5'11 and I can jump 16'9 on average, and I went to state last season with a 17'4.
I should probably add in that I'm 19 competing for a college too.

well im the opposite im 5'7 so im pretty tall and im only 17, i jump about 6'11 ishh which is a struggle. But I'm not horrible i could probally get more inches. I have logn legs, but honestly its all about your jump off, not the lengh of you and im sure your a prime example of that.

interesting. the long jump u r referring to is the run-and-then-jump one, right? btw what's ur distance then?
EDIT: oh man, u r good. 15 ft is like 430cm!

i'm 12 and i just about the same that you do, but my coach measured me today and i got a 14'8... yea i'm going 4 the 15 ft :] Good Luck~!

My best was 16'6 last year and thats a district record.
