It is about pea-size and flesh colored and doesn't seem to be distinguishable from the the rest of my skin down there beside the fact that is swollen (I suppose that it is kind of hard too). I hurts whenever it is rubbed by something.
I've never had sex but about 2 months ago I may have had sexual contact... they may have touched a couple of times. He's had a couple partners, but he's any signs of an STD, including at the time of secual contact (I know that doesn't mean he doesn't have one). So yeah, possible STD? If so, what STDs would I be at risk for and if I go to say a planned parenthood clinic are they able to test for all that I could be at risk for?
Also, if it is not an STD (because I think the chances would be low) what could it be?

I didn't have sex... but his penis and my vagina probably have rubbed against each other (unclothed)... but his penis definitely never entered my vagina. That was pretty blunt, but I had to explain.

I think this may be a cyst...don't worry its not as bad as it sounds. I had them from my mid-teens to my early twenties. There is a specific name something like Bartholin cyst....fairly common. Its when a gland very near your vagina gets irritated..and fills with..pus..sorry kinda gross. It will usually go away on its own, but sometimes they will get infected and blow up like a small water balloon...if this happens you should go to the doctor and have him lance it..again sorry so gross. If you don't go to the doctor, it will usually burst on its own and scare the crap out of you......but all in all nothing really to worry about..just irritating. Gotta watch the whole naked for-play stuff though...too many STD's out there, plus even without penetration you could get pregnant..really! Look it up. Even playing around should have a condom on or near by...never know when he could SLIP. Hope I wasn't to preachy and helped.

As a female who experiences these I can tell you it is likely an infected hair follicle. Do you shave your pubic hairs? Sometimes the follicles get infected or you can experience an ingrown hair. I have actually had as many as 4 hairs coming out of the same follicle. During your next shower or bath, take a pair of tweezers and pull out the hairs in the affected area (yes its gonna hurt) then gently squeeze it until you get all the fluid out. I try to squeeze until I see blood and then stop. Keep the area clean.
Next you really should be using protetction with your boyfriend even though there is no penetration. Condoms are relatively cheep. I would advise using a spermicidal foam as well. Ask him to have a full STD workup so you can both be at ease. If he truly loves you, he will not object to this, or your own safety.

It could be anything. It will take you 5 minutes for you to see a doctor and get a real answer.
Does not sound like you likely candidate for STD but you never know.
Many of the things it could be are pretty scary others are not. Spculation isw worse than just ask doctor, since its visible they should have a petty good idea right away. Cancer? Cysts, huge pimple, benign tumour, allergy, ...

Oh! Oh! I know! It is an ingrown hair! You will have to dissect it and you might one or more coiled hairs. Get a rag very hot nd keep pressing it in, as hot as you can stand. Sterilize everything and dissect, have a needle and tweezer to dig in and extract the hairs. Then protect the area. Good luck.
For next time:
Make sure not to have friction alot right after you shave or the little follicles get turned around/covered up and then grow inward.

it coulb be an ingrown hair, boil, or bartholins gland cyst ... it can also be a sign of a STD i would suggest seeing a doctor if you have reason to believe its a STD...a bartholin gland cyst occurs during sexual arousal and somehow the lubrication fluid that is released during this process becomes blocked for what ever reason causing the cyst ..try put a warm towel on it then queeze the bump or lump

First...you either had sex or you didn't, there is no middle ground.
Next...he's had a couple of partners. He may not be showing signs of std's now, but that doesn't mean he is free and clear(ever seen the herpe medicine commercial on tv?). I think you should see a doctor, explain the situation, let him see the lump on your ****, and he may help you. It could just be a zit, or some sex disease...let the doctor make the call.

Sounds like a boil. When the germs in your body form to that one place. If it hurts that bad you might need to go to the doctor and have them lance it,although it sounds small they can be extremely painful. They can fom under your arm anywhere reall. But if you sit in a tub with some hot water it will start to form a head and you will be able to sqeeze the puss out yourself.
