BoA has to choices. Keep those customers who currently have direct deposit going in and credit cards or those who only cash thier checks to send all thier money to Mexico.

I know right now usbank doesn't accept consular card and anyone opening an account is required to have a social security card. For what it looks like they comply with Anti-money laudering laws.

Is that person serious? BofA call centers are in 12 locations nationwide...and if anyone thinks sending your cards in with a note stating your beliefs is a good idea, you are a freakin moron. Don't call the bank and pretend to know something about credit. Nobody cares about your stupid boycott either. I think we should boycott douchebags...oh wait, if we do that there won't be many card holders left!

I am in the process of looking for a new bank in my area,but it's hard to find one that does NOT accept the martricula consular card!!! I am so FREAKIN TIRED of everyone bending over backwards to kiss ILLEGALS @SS!!!! But, as soon as i find one, i WILL close my B of A account!!!! I am not ONLY going to close my accounts, but i'm going to make SURE that i tell them WHY i am no longer going to do business with them!!

Yes and anyone else who encourages people to remain in the shadows instead of becomming a legal citizen of our United States.I mean what are they really trying to do?I'm sure they know their committing financial suicide by giving people who don't even have a social security number a credit card.So what are they really up to?That's what I would like to know.With greed and selfishness being what it is what could be more important to them than money?

we do not need to boycott them we need to write to our congress men and have the board of BOA charged. it is against the law to knowingly provide any sort of financial assistance or money to any one engaging in illegal activities. which is exactly what BOA is doing. however congress does not want to charge them as they should because they actually believe that illegal immigration is ok. this is the democrats for you. however if we stand up and write to congress we can get this stopped.

No, I do not have am account with B.O.A but did you know B.O.A let many of the employees in their call center go since now their call center was out sourced to India?
