The only reason a state like Arkansas would be attacked by terrorists is because the aim of terrorists is to cause terror. They often attack totally innocent and unlikely targets because these attacks cause the most outrage and disruption of the society. The "If they could bomb '-----' they could bomb my home too!" syndrome which causes the most fear and trembling.
That's the "Irrationality" approach to terrorism. The rational approach would be that they would only bomb NYC or Las Vegas or Hollywood because that's where the evil people live.

I won't tempt fate (or jinx Arkansas) -by saying what the odds are. ...-But I'll bet, that if you attend any terrorist "cell" in -say, Iraq- & suggest that Arkansas would be a good place for an attack, all the the attending suicide bombers would ask you, "Arkansas?? -What's an Arkansas???" :) -So as long as you don't tell anyone, I wouldn't worry about it too much ... :)

Do you mean terrorist or terrier? I think you're more likely to be attacked by a terrier than a terrorist in Arkansas, although that's probably not the case in certain parts of the world.

I think Nuclear One is Russellville would be the only place a terrorist would consider. But hopefully they won't pick Arkansas, hope they leave the entire USA alone for that matter!
