It's best that you do. Bronchitis can be a bacterial infection that needs antibiotics to treat. If you don't properly treat bronchitis, it can turn into pneumonia. That is a more serious disease. I would say yes, you need to see a doctor.

yes! bronchitis is a bacterial infection and is located in the lungs. if it goes untreated, than it can turn into pneumonia and you can be hospitalized. what you can get rid of it by washing your hands often, taking vitamins (c and zinc), treating bronchitis with antibiotics. i get bronchitis every year no matter how many times i wash my hands or how much c and zinc i take. i go to school (college, but a commuter) and work in a pharmacy. i am also asthmatic. make sure that you carry hand sanitizer with you just in case you can't get a chance to wash your hands
