No it enters the lungs but eventually the toxins will make their way everywhere, including the stomach.

I'm not 100% sure on that one but i know there were times when i used to smoke when i would inhale a lot of smoke and i'd burp some of it out or i'd blow out and feel like i was going to throw up. So maybe a small amount could enter your stomach... but the chemicals from smoking will travel throughout all your body... they get into your bloodstream from the mouth, lungs, so on. All i can say is if you smoke, you should quit and if you don't smoke... for your own health, don't start.

Yes a certain amount enters the stomach region. All the smoke does not get filtered out by the lungs. If the stomach lining is weak could easily get stomach inflammation or worst would be ulcer.

Mostly it goes into the air cavities and lungs. But just like you can swallow air with your food, especially if you talk when eating, then also some smoke can get into your digestive system...stomach etc.
What smoking does do though, is reduce the blood flow in your body, and replace some oxygen with toxic carbon monixide. So this means your digestive system is not getting the enzymes and nutrients to properly digest and assimilate your food.

Only if you gulp air. But it does get into your bloodstream and will effect your stomach and everything else. You are more likely to get stomach cancer if you smoke and also about 80 other kinds. You also get more strokes, underweight babes, (if you can have any as fertility goes down) and your skin ages. Then there are the 113 million other reasons to quit!!!

Not unless you swallow it. Of course, you DO retain some of that in your mouth, and then you swallow...so some chemicals do get into your stomach that way. Otherwise, it has to go from lungs to bloodstream to organs. That way, it does get to the stomach, but not by the same route food would.

it does not directly enter the stomach; however, it does mix with your saliva and then enters the stomach. over time this can cause ulcers if your prone to such things.
