OK SOOOOO

I ACTUALLY JUST WENT OVER THIS IN HEALTH TODAY SO I SHOULD BE GOOD

*Sleep When Sick
*Eat when sick
*Vitamin C

Ahh im an un orginzied prson so stuff will be eveywher

Diffrent types some alert of invading cells. Some make antibodies which catch on and attack invading cells. Some cells are too strong or pretend to be a White Blood Cell (Aids- Cancer)

After you have some sicknesses that always look the same (Chicken pox, Mumps)

In some miscarries the immune system actaully killed the baby becasue it has a contradictory bllod type the first type.

Take a complete multivitamin and go for a fast pace walk nonstop, outside for 1/2 hour each day . Great for building immunity.

Take a daily vitamin, like centrum 21. You get all your necessary vitamins for the day, plus it builds the immune system.

Echinecea is a natural choice but Goldenseal is supposed to be more effective (see 2nd link).
This site has a wealth of info on natural & alternative remdies, supplements,diet etc. Please type in rlevant words (eg Immune system) in search & look thru' results. I found a few articles.

A diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains and nuts.
That's it. These foods are rich in antioxidents which attach themselves to free radicals in your sysytem and remove them before they have a chance to cause things like cancer, cholestrol build up leading to stroke and heart disease etc. Phytochemicals naturally present in these foods activates the bodies immune system hypertuning it to any impending systemic disasters. the more varied your diet especially in vegetables, the better you'll do.

EATING YOGURT FOR 30 DAYS STRAIGHT HAS BEEN KNOWN TO BUILD THE IMMUNE SYSTEM ..ALSO TAKE IN ALOT OF VITAMIN C

I hope you find an answer, mine is very low apparently. White count (lymphocytes) is 0.06, where its been for about 3 years, cant find a way to improve this even with exercise, exhinacia (?) all other types of vitimins. If you do find a way, let me know!!
