Take them to music publishers, such as Capitol, Warner, etc. or try contacting the producers which are working with artists you´re interested in pitching your songs at (or even the artists). Always register your songs before anything.

Get an agent.

Most artists and labels will not take unsolicited material.

What does this have to do with the category in which it is posted? LOL, I just saw where you put it - I wonder what your song is about...

Basically you have to know people, who know people....go to different shows and network with industry people, tell them what you do...talk to local artists that are easier to contact too. good luck
