Ovo-Vegetarian: A person who eats only vegetation (fruits, vegs, grains etc.) and includes eggs
Lacto-Vegetarian: A person who eats only types of vegetation and includes dairy products.
Ovo-Lacto-Vegetarian: A person who eats only vegetation and includes eggs and dairy.
Vegan: A person who eats only vegetation. This person also will not wear parts of animals, use non-food products that do not use parts of animals and refrains from using any product that uses or hurts an animal to the best of their ability.
All are varying degrees of a lifestyle except for the small percentage of vegetarians who use it as a form of *being on a diet.*
There are no other forms of vegetarianism... NO FISH, No *sometimes* etc. etc. etc.. Sadly, those are wannabes out to destroy the vegetarian name for their own selfish purposes.
:)
EDIT- Wikipedia is not a credible source as it is written by the *average Joe.* I read on wikipedia the other day that Cesar fought someone using his "ipod."
Thought, even popular thought, is not fact. Here is a real site that should help.

EDIT: Sorry, I need to respond to some hideous misinformation.
*siiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh*
No, vegetarianism is not some kind of *club* with *rules.* It is a label within our society. It is only treated like a club by nitwits (like a certain young lady who shall remain nameless) who desperately want to *fit into something* without actually working for it.
Being a vegetarian who eats fish (or any of that semi and flexi nonsense) is like being a Christian who believes in multiple gods and isn't all that fond of Jesus.
LABELS HAVE A PURPOSE
And the words below are not accepted by any credible vegetarian society since vegetarianism began. Vegetarians do not eat animals.
You may wonder why this matters.
People say that labels don't, matter, or *I don't need a label* or *I don't care about labels.* Well if you don't need them, and don't care about them, then please, do not misuse them or take those that don't belong to you.
The whole point of having a label within society is not so *people can belong, * but it is so that people can turn MANY words into ONE word.
I should be able to go anywhere in the world, say "vegetarian" (in respective languages,) and it should be understood that I want no dead animals in my food.
Now, thanks to them, I could have a dead-carcass put on my plate. Those who eat fish or *sometimes* eat beef may not understand how greatly we believe in not eating the carcasses of dead animals, so they may not realize it is a big deal that they put us in those situations. But they should trust that it does matter, and that we do care. And they should trust that they do not follow this lifestyle and therefore should not swipe the name and create trouble for us.
I have worked hard for this lifestyle because I believe in it.
If you are interested in reading more about our new friend on this page is not a vegetarian and how she hurts the vegetarian cause, you can check these out

And please do visit the websites she sites; all of them share that vegetarians do not eat fish or other sea animals. The only one that mentions those silly labels is the About site, which is not a credible site at all, but some misguided woman's opinion.

Lillyian has given you the correct list and is also most likely the person you were referring to!
Anyone that claims to be a form of vegetarian and eats animals is a liar!
Edit:
Mrs. Ymer...If you wish to eat fish that's perfectly fine!!!!! However, PLEASE do not abuse the term vegetarian! I heap scorn upon people that abuse the term vegetarian because it causes real confusion amongst the omnivore population. How would you like it if someone decided to cook your fish in bacon grease because they ran into a fish-eating "vegetarian" that eats pork? That's what abuse of terminology results in! Proudly use the correct term Piscivore and we'll all LOVE you for it! Yes, you might have to explain what it means. So what? Vegetarians have to do this every single day of our lives and we don't appreciate lies being spread about what a vegetarian is!

the terms on wikipedia are true, but there are many more variances in there the main thing is just no meat, including fish. It annoys the hell out of me when people say they are vegetarians but eat chicken or fish

1) Pescatarian (also spelled pescetarian)
The word “pescatarian” is occasionally used to describe those who abstain from eating all meat and animal flesh with the exception of fish. Although the word is not commonly used, more and more people are adopting this kind of diet, usually for health reasons or as a stepping stone to a fully vegetarian diet.
2) Flexitarian/Semi-vegetarian
You don’t have to be vegetarian to love vegetarian food! “Flexitarian” is a term recently coined to describe those who eat a mostly vegetarian diet, but occasionally eat meat.
3) Vegetarian (Lacto-ovo- vegetarian)
When most people think of vegetarians, they think of lacto-ovo-vegetarians. People who do not eat beef, pork, poultry, fish, shellfish or animal flesh of any kind, but do eat eggs and dairy products are lacto-ovo vegetarians (“lacto” comes from the Latin for milk, and “ovo” for egg).
Lacto-vegetarian is used to describe a vegetarian who does not eat eggs, but does eat dairy products.
Ovo-vegetarian refers to people who do not eat meat or dairy products but do eat eggs.
4) Vegan
Vegans do not eat meat of any kind and also do not eat eggs, dairy products, or processed foods containing these or other animal-derived ingredients such as gelatin. Many vegans also refrain from eating foods that are made using animal products that may not contain animal products in the finished process, such as sugar and some wines. There is some debate as to whether certain foods, such as honey, fit into a vegan diet.
5) Raw vegan/Raw food diet
A raw vegan diet consists of unprocessed vegan foods that have not been heated above 115 degrees Fahrenheit (46 degrees Celsius). “Raw foodists” believe that foods cooked above this temperature have lost a significant amount of their nutritional value and are harmful to the body.
6) Macrobiotic
The macrobiotic diet, revered by some for its healthy and healing qualities, includes unprocessed vegan foods, such as whole grains, fruits and vegetables, and allows the occasional consumption of fish. Sugar and refined oils are avoided. Perhaps the most unique qualifier of the macrobiotic diet is its emphasis on the consumption of Asian vegetables, such as daikon, and sea vegetables, such as seaweed.

There ya go hun.... :) hope this helps!
****And to get this off my chest....Vegetarianism is not some club with RULES....Anyone can be a vegetarian....and Anyone can be any TYPE of vegetarian they decided to be....Also...There isnt a RULE that says the only reason to be a vegetarian is to save animals....you can do it for diet/health reasons or because you want to be apart of the animal saving community...I myself was directed by my doctor to be a vegetarian many many years ago because of my health....I EAT FISH....and If in some peoples minds im not a *real* vegetarian because I eat fish then so be it.... you will find hundreds of sites that say THIS and THAT is the right way to be a vegetarian.....You make your own mind up hun....Good luck! :o)
