Use a glass slipper in the middle. Alternatively if you cannot find glass slippers then just use a white marzipan slipper. You could slip a magical fairy wand into the flowers. If you wanted to you could put a miniature Cinderella scene in the middle, with lots off little people/dolls from the story. You could put a large pumpkin or a pumpkin carriage (if you can find one) in the middle. You could team together two items from the Cinderella story and put them both together (eg: a duster and a slipper, a wand and some lace, a mini pumpkin and a slipper. You could put a little tiara in the middle with fake jewels scattered around it. A really good idea would be to put a little box/chest in the middle with Cinderella related items inside it (eg: wand, slipper, lace, tiara, duster, rags and riches). Remember to add loads of lace, ribbons, glitter dust...that sort of fairytale stuff. You could also add small/ large bows tied to the chairs and if it looks nice add some lace too! If you like any of these ideas then choose one or two which suit you but never put all of them together. Hope I helped. May you find your prince...just find him before your age strikes 40! LOL!

You could probably make centerpieces that look like Cinderella's pumpkin coach. Maybe have your birthday cake look like a mini castle. Maybe you could even find some 'glass slippers' to put party snacks in for each table.

I like the slipper idea, and the carriage, too. Maybe you could alternate on different tables. You need those colored slip covers for the tables, and confetti. Perhaps pastels...
Another idea is lots of fake jewelery- necklaces and rings and bracelets strewn all about. Maybe a tiara or two.
You could also incorporate magic wands - a favor for each guest, or use as a napkin ring (wrap the napkin around the wand.)
Have fun!

For a centerpiece try pumpkins (if in season) spray painted gold and silver with big bows on top to match, if you can't find fresh try a craft store or make them out of paper mache.

Miniature glass slippers on mirrors as center pieces along with your flowers. Lots of tulle in pale blue and pink and ivory, miniature white lights, some greenery, glitter on the tables to represent "fairy dust" and sparkles in the tulle. Have fun!

Pumpkins with little mice! that would be very cute but use real pumpkins and pretend mice... dont think the guests would like to share their tables with real mice...
