breakfast, waffle or pancake, cereal, granola, oatmeal with fruit and some soymilk (look for a skim brand). You didnt mention no eggs so you can have a small egg white omelet with veggies in it.

lunch- veggie sushi, or pita with hummus, bean burrito with guacamole and salsa, pasta or pea soup in thermos, beans and rice shaped into meat balls +salad+ fruit + and maybe a soy yogurt
dinner- something ethnic is good, veg curry, tofu stirfry, rice and beans (switch from different kinds of beans, pinto, garbanzo, kidney, black, black eyed peas, lentils and maybe add coconut milk if your in an island mood) +veggies+ fruit (i like pineapple, if you get canned, buy only fruit canned in its own juice, its natural juice is sweet and less calories)
Dont drink soda or juice (unless its diet or vegetable) water, tea with lemon and splenda, soda water with natural flavors and stuff are fine.
sports are fun, i like tennis, which you can play with the wall by yourself, basketball and swimming.

You do realize you are almost under your weight limit at your height. Not to mention, you are 14 years old which means you're still growing, so your body is not done changing.

If you want to lose "belly fat" its not a matter of eating less, but exercising more, specifically crunches, situps, and other things that stimulate your stomach muscles.
