i take a package of yeast, add 1.1/4 cup of warm water, 1/4 cup of sugar and oil, and 4 cups of flour.
i do this in the morning.
and wait for about 4 hours then go in there and beat it back down. then let it rise another 4 hours, then beat it back down again.
then i take it in handfull, and drop them handfulls into my outside fryer.
and let it brown on both sides.
this is a past on tradition within the women of my family, we only do this once a month. it's to help with our pms.
