Strawberry Smoothie
1-1/2 cups cold fat free milk
1-1/2 tsp. CRYSTAL LIGHT Calcium Tangerine Strawberry Low Calorie Soft Drink Mix
1 container (8 oz.) BREYERS Vanilla Lowfat Yogurt
1 cup frozen whole strawberries
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until well blended.
Mango Raspberry Smoothie
1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted and cubed
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1 cup raspberry frozen yogurt
1 cup frozen cubes
1/4 cup frozen juice (cranberry, orange or any juice
blend)
Combine all ingredients in a blender container and
blend until smooth. Pour into 2 chilled glasses.
Fruits Choco Smoothie
* 2 bananas, frozen and cut into bite-size cubes
* 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
* 1 cup plain yogurt
* 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- In a blender combine bananas, strawberries, chocolate syrup and yogurt. Blend until smooth.
* Serve chilled.
Pineapple Tangerine Smoothie
6 tangerines, tangelos, or mandarin oranges
2 cups fresh pineapple cubes, tightly packed (about 1/2 of a large
pineapple), or canned pineapple chunks
2 Tablespoons Fruitsource, rice syrup, or other sweetener
1 teaspoon lime juice
2 cups ice cubes
1/8 teaspoon mild chili powder
1 pinch salt
Pineapple wedges dipped in chili powder for garnish
Juice tangerines. You should have about 13/4 cups juice. Place in
blender with pineapple, sweetener, lime juice, ice, chili powder, and
salt. Blend on highest speed till smooth, about 30 seconds. Serve
margaritas in goblets garnished with pineapple wedges.

Freeze peeled bananas, mangoes and strawberries. Put them through the juicer/food processor with milk/soya milk, yoghurt/ice-cream. Beautiful!
By freezing the ingredients, you ensure a thicker and colder drink. If your processor is up to it, through some ice cubes in for good measure. Experiment with ratios to get the perfect consistency and taste.
Any kind of melon, papaya, pretty much any creamy fruit is great. Throw in a few sprigs of mint or a squeeze of lime for a tangy twist.
