I'm fairly new to the world of not eating meat. People keep asking if I'm a Vegetarian or Vegan. I really don't know what to classify myself. I don't eat meat. I also don't eat veggies. I do eat Soy products and products that include eggs and cheese. Pretty much all dairy products. Also fruit. I try to stick to organic foods. Anyways, what am I.

An unhealthy vegetarian (No veggies?). A vegan does not use any animal products at all.

Vegetarian. If you were vegan you would not eat any animal products whatsoever (including eggs and cheese and even some soy products contain eggs too).

I am somewhat concerned about your health though...

Soy products are highly processed, and while good for convenience, they are not great as a dietary staple.

Fruit is good, and organic is good...

But, without vegetables you are not getting all the vitamins and minerals your body needs to be healthy. You really should look into adding them to your diet, even slowly if necessary... but, you definitely need to make that change!

Vegetarians do not eat meat but do eat dairy products, e.g eggs or milk or cheese.

Vegans do not eat any products that come from animals, so no meat, or dairy products.

Because you do not eat meat but do eat dairy products you are a VEGETARIAN.

My understanding is that a vegetarian does not eat meat and in some cases fish. A vegan eats no animal products at all, including milk, butter, fat, eggs etc.
