polysomnography-- a sleep study. They may determine you need Bi-pap or cpap. Your Dr. can get you an appointment. I suggest you look polysomnography up and get an understanding of what it is about or ask your Dr. It has helped alot of people. I am a respiratory therapist and i personally know this to be true.

Don't they have some sort of spray?
Try searching "Snore spray" or asking a pharmecist.
May or may not work, but that's all I can think of.
