There is no expiration date on the package, but have had it for over 1 year sitting in my freezer.

Well I ended up cooking in the microwave and eating it. I definately know what you guys meant by not being fresh. There were even a couple of red spots on the broccoli. It didnt look normal, but I think it was okay.

It's not gone bad, but may not be as fresh-tasting as it would have 9 mos ago! It may have freezer burn or may be bumped and had florets knocked off. It won't kill you to eat it, if you're desperate for broccoli.

Good chance it will be freezer burned (look dry and discolored) if so throw it out and next time use it within 3 months.
