I smoke ciggerets but I never inhale I always exhale it out...when I do inhale it tends to hurt what can I do so that when I do inhale it dosnt hurt?? please don't say I shouldn't smoke cause I already know that but either way I am going to...thanks!!

Inhaling hundreds of toxins is likely to be painful until your have done it so much that your mouth is numb to it or permenantly scarred from it and no longer feels it. By the way this is the kind of stuff that proves adults are right about the maturity level of teenagers.

If you inhale you are at risk of cancer, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, high blood pressure, low blood count, pulse you will stink. If you don't inhale your still in danger of mouth, lip, gum and throat cancer.

Smoking is the only product on the market that if used an intended by the manufacture, will cause death.

Just to stop the influx of emails, many of you will say "what about alcohol? The American Heart Association and many other professional health care organizations recommend 4-5 oz of alcohol per day to prevent heart disease.
