It you're overweight, tending to be obese, that does effect you and you could suffer from Type 2 diabetes or onset diabetes. This can be controlled by diet or diet/medication. Do your grandparents check their sugar levels during the day? That's the easiest way to see what your sugar levels are and there are parameters within which yours should fall.( like over 60 before a meal - 150 after a meal). It can also be administered by a Dr. with a simple test.
It sounds to me like you're doing a lot and that should make you tired. Plus, taking care of kids is really taxing and add that to school and two jobs. Wow. You're amazing. I'd have a little talk with my boyfriend though and tell him it's time to grow up a little and not talk about you behind your back, especially to his mom.
But maybe I'm off base and he was just worried about you. I'd still tell him how it makes you feel. That might make for a better relationship.
If you're worried see a Dr. He'll put your mind at rest but I just think you've got a lot going on. More power to you.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Yes it is possible. But it is also very likely your tired from everything on your plate.
If you do not want to go to a doctor right now you can go to WalMart or your pharmacy and pick up a glucose meter, use the store brand as test strips are cheaper.
Test your blood sugar before each meal and at bedtime for one month and see what your levels are. The normal today is considered 80 to 150. If your staying within this range your okay just tired.
Also for about $20.00 WalMart sells a home test that is basically the same as what your doctor will perform. Get one and do the test. It should give you the limits and you can go from there.
These are just a couple of examples of your finding out without actually going to the doctor. But, you may want to include the basic test at your doctors in your semi annual exams or annual exams, which ever you do.
It is always best to be safe than sorry especially since it runs in your family.

With your family history it is quite possible that you could be a diabetic. I was 23 when I found out. I would work a 4 hour shift and have to take a 2 hour nap when I got home. I was totally exhausted. Are you thirsty a lot, have to go to the bathroom several times during the day, do your eyes have a burning sensation? These are signs of diabetes, along with other symptoms. It is best to go to your family doctor for a blood test. Also, with your family history, if you are not diabetic yet it would be best for you to try to lose some of the excess weight.

Some symptoms of diabetes include:
Frequent urination
Excessive thirst
Extreme hunger
Unusual weight loss
Increased fatigue
Irritability
Blurry vision
While tiredness is a symptom, and genetics is a factor, there are other possibilities for your tiredness. You could well be simply "run down", you could be anemic, you could have kidney problems: in short, you need to see your doctor, who can examine you, and order any necessary tests, to determine the cause of your tired feeling, and prescribe the necessary treatment. Best to be safe than sorry!

You sound like a very busy girl. You could just be tired. But do you also find that you get really thirsty and just can't quench your thirst? Do you find yourself peeing a lot more than usual? Do you find yourself dizzy or lightheaded after going a while without eating? Do you tend to get cranky when you haven't at your regular mealtimes? Do you feel better once you have had something to eat? If you answered yes to 2 or more of these questions than you should go see your doctor to get a simple bood test to check your sugar levels. He may get a fasting and non fasting one to check the differences. Early diagnosis is key to getting and staying healthy. Left unchecked if you are a diabetic it could leave to serious health conditions.

A simple urine test could eliminate diabetes, but a blood test is more comprehensive; it could be thyroid problems, or anaemia (blood iron deficiency) or inadequate vitamin intake; better safe than sorry, so see a doctor, soon, for your boyfriend's peace of mind, as well as your own, and don't smoke (if you do); carbon monoxide can also have that effect.

You may be just worn out from working so hard everyday, but you should have your doctor run some bloodwork for you to be sure. It may be diabetes or possibly anemia or a thyroid condition.

If you were diabetic you would have quick unexplained weight loss, constant thirst and exhaustion. If you think you need to be checked, it's a simple procedure. Maybe if you lost weight you'd have more energy for your life and you wouldn't have to worry so much about diabetes.
