I wish I could help with recipes, but I am the type of cook who just chucks stuff in until it looks right, but I will be happy to share some ideas with you. I make yummy raw bars by grinding up nuts, seeds, dates, agave nector (or honey) with coconut flakes and cocoa powder (you can pinch off a little bit to taste for sweetness, etc.) I roll them up in wax paper and chill for a bit (like slice and bake cookies) then slice them and dehydrate for a few hours. I also make fruit leathers by just pureeing the fruit, and spreading it on the teflex sheet. You can do dehydrated potato-makes super chips, and zuchini and yellow squash. I hope this helps a bit. I too, got my dehydrator, for couple of dollars at a thrift store. I am vegetarian now, but used to make yummy jerky. Cant remember the details of it, it has been so long ago
