Is it unhealthy to eat frozen foods that often?

Well, the alternative is eating real meat, right? Real meat carries with it a lot of fat and cholesterol.
I've been a veggie for many years and I have done a lot of research about the food industry in general. Even "vegetarian" products have their downsides. I really try to stay away from processed foods, and MorningStar falls into that category. (Even though their products totally rock and taste quite good!). I actually limit my intake of these things to once per week.

It really depends on the product. I would also suggest using the Boca crumbles instead of ground beef in other recipes. You can use those in chili, spaghetti, tacos--you name it. If you don't feel like eating a Gardenburger every day, the Boca crumbles are a really good alternative with 270 mg of sodium per serving. if you're not on a low-sodium diet, this is not a lot of salt.

I even got my hubby, who must have his MEAT, to eat stuff with Boca crumbles!

I don't think it is unhealthy now, but in the long run could be. The safest and most nutritious is closest to the farm, not the factory. Granted life is hectic and these are convenient but with planning you can cut them out of your diet. Processed foods don't always leave me with that full feeling where as the fiber in natural foods leaves me less hungry.

No, these are great alternatives to higher-fat meat products. I eat a veggie burger every day for lunch and have for quite some time with no effects aside from weight loss! :)

I dont eat them because they have so many preservatives and chemicals in them (some brands) and I dont eat boca burgers because they are owned by Kraft, who are notorious for their use of genetically modified foods-a concept I find frightening. I prefer a fresh portabello mushroom as a burger or meat sub.
I dont think the idea of "frozen": is unhealthy-its the quality of the ingredients. Modified foods are shocking. If you are not familiar with the concept, I recommend googling it and learning about it

until eventually its causing any detrimental consequences for your well being, it truly is threat-free to assume that its alright to eat the morningstar veggie burgers. i could, besides the undeniable fact that, double verify along with your well being care service once you're uncertain of the elements in it. i do not see why the burgers could be detrimental in route of for your being pregnant so i imagine you'd be effective :) congrats

There is a lot of sodium in it, but it won't hurt you id you eat some fresh ones too. Also, take a multi vitamin.
