I am having a first birthday for my daughter and am having 2 other baby friends born within the same month part of the customary cake eating with a cupcake for each child. One of them in allergic to dairy - where in minnesota can i find a soy cupcake (does whole foods sell them?)

Whole Foods makes them. However, you may just want to get "Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World"

It's my favorite cook book. The recipes are super easy and FANTASTIC!

You can simply use a cupcake recipe and substitute soy milk or other non dairy milk (almond milk, coconut milk, rice milk, oat milk) for milk. And margarine in place of butter.
