what caurses this embarasing condition and how on earth can it be treated? does is show any major problem ahead? plizzzz help me

Sounds like Piles.
This is caused by straining to go to the loo. Piles can be really itchy. Get some cream to apply - it will sort it out.

This could be anything from really serious to a hygeine problem. Most itching occurs when stool is caughtaround the anal area from not wiping the air clean enough or your toilet paper could be cutting the area, which is also dangerous. It could also be a apart of an STD, so try cleaning the area with wet wipes or softer wipes. If the condition conitnues consult your doctor.
