Moles are related to pigment changes in the skin. Warts are a virus related thing. here is some stuff you can try for warts (could also try on moles, but less likely to work?)
Have never really tried these, but somewhere read (prevention magazine, i think) that warts are related to low vitamin E. you could try putting vitamin E oil on them and taking vitamin E to see if it helps (not too much just a moderate amount).
You could also try putting castor oil on them. Edgar Cayce was big on castor oil for lots of stuff. It has the most different fatty acids of any oil.

At present, there is no proof of any non-surgical technique that permanently increases either the thickness or length of a normal penis. Now read on the following statement of a senior Sexologist viz., Dr. Arora: What should be the Penis Size? The vagina's length is about 6". The outer 2" is most sensitive; the inner 4" is insensitive. To arouse a female one needs to stimulate only the outer lips and the outer 2" of the vagina. So, for female sexual satisfaction, the size of an erect penis can be anything from 2" or more. Unlike those baby blues, penis size, thickness and shape are not genetic. Penises are actually formed in uterus when those wild and crazy male hormones kick in. It is the will of Mother Nature.
