They should still use protection as the infection could amplify in both of them.

Contrary to what some ppeople say here, Its risky to have unprotected sex even if both partners are HIV positive.
HIV is a very complicated virus which keeps mutating at every opportunity it gets. Cross infection is a very big danger these days because the virus has different strains and there is a high risk for cross infection. This is very important mostly if one person is on drugs ( ARVs) and the other is not. The person on drugs ( ARVs) might transmit an already resistant strain of the virus such that if the other person is given that same treatment it might not work because the virus is no longer naive to the specific regimen.
The other reason is to avoid the other STDs which might be with one person but not the other.

Aids can only infect healthy people if they do get into contact with the hiv virus. If both the people are infected with it,then there is no effect of it.
But the child which is born by the couple would be surely an infected one. So i suggest the use of contraceptives,so that population of people infected with aids doesn rise. If they want then they can adopt a child.

They should have protected sex and even though, people with HIV is a lot more prone to getting STD's that the condom does not always protect from, like Herpes, Chlamydia, Syphilis, Hep B or C, and others. Babies?, forget about them.
Try adoption.

They should still practice safe sex with each other. There are different types of HIV and if they are taking their medications, the other person could have a different strain and be immune to that person's medications. Then they run the risk of getting sicker and developing AIDS

If both are infected, there is no reason for them to avoid sex with each other, obviously they would be irresponsible to have sex with anyone else. As long as they are capable and want to, more power to them.
