I almost did, but on way to get a 2nd opinion
and have surgery done, fat head former spouse
tells me "I don't know why you are going. You
have not snored in over two months since losing 40 lbs and now sleep with two plump pillows!" The 40 lbs came off in just 4 mos when I switched from low fat foods to Non-
Fat. Fat throat tissues reduce with weight loss.
If your weight is normal, buy 2 firm pillows for
sleeping on back & side. Be sure someone
lets you know how this works over 30 days.
Cauterized tissue will bleed and hurt a lot.
A friend told me that after a few months it
did not work on him, he resumed snoring.
I haven't snored for 5 yrs & kept using 2
pillows like you are going to try. Right?

I discussed it with mymy pulmonologist, but studies show it is only effective in approximately 30% of those who recieve it. That is alot of pain to go thru for something that has a 70% chance of failure. I opted for a cpap.
