Yes, because the receiver would never know that the donor was a pedophile . It violates HIPPA, privacy laws. A heart is a heart. And if it's going to safe someones life, then so be it. That doesn't mean that the person receiving the organ is going to become a pedophile. Doesn't work that way. Plus, I think after being on a transplant list for so long and worrying about weather you are going to survive another day, you'd just be happy to have another chance at life.

Since most organ recipients never learn who their donors were it seems irrelevant that the donor could have been a known pedophile. Although, it must be said, all internal organs are the same regardless of personality and the personality of the donor is not transplanted with the organ.

Yes because it's a matter of life and death. Besides, organs aren't donated unless laboratory tests have been done to make sure it's compatible and healthy for the recipient. And if I die in the middle of the operation or my body rejects it, then I don't deserve the pedophile's heart after all.
